Description

Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Global Transporation Planning (GTP) and Group Operational Passenger (GOPAX) Systems Operations and Sustainment Recompete. GTP was previously Agile Transportation for the 21st Century (AT21) Enterprise Capability Development, Inetgration and Sustainment. The current task order, HTC711-15-F-D041, is currently being performed by CSRA and expires 30 September 2019. The Draft PWS is being posted to notify industry of the upcoming procurement. The acquisition strategy has not been determined and this is not a sources sought. USTRANSCOM PEO and TCAQ-D are still redefiing the requirement and posting the Draft PWS for industry comments and questions. TCAQ-D plans to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Agile Development contract in FY19. USTRANSCOM is requesting comments and questions to be submitted to both Lisa Kraft and Sonya Barker, lisa.a.kraft.civ@mail.mil and sonya.m.barker4.civ@mail.mil by 14 December 2018, 12:00pm Central Time.
