- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB OH, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for MAB-ST in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 15.2, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The contract will be awarded to Sigma Assessment Systems, Inc. Market research was previously conducted and it has been determined that this is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
