- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Professional Engineering Concepts for the purchase of 2 trailers currently being leased. The purchase description is as follows: - (3) Private offices. Each is approximately 80 sqft. and furnished with an office desk and chair in each trailer. - Trailer is to house (2) restrooms. (1) Men's and (1) Women's Restroom. The other trailer will not have restrooms. Each restroom is to have (1) water closet, lavatory, hands-free soap dispenser, hands-free paper towel dispenser, toilet tissue dispenser, wall mounted mirror, GFCI receptacle, and restroom signage on door. - Trailer with Restrooms: To have (10) 5'x2' workstations Workstations are separated by 3" partition. The height of the partitions to the open office spaces are 68". Each are furnished with an office desk and chair. - Trailer with no Restrooms: To have (14) 5'x2' workstations Workstations are separated by 3" partition. The height of the partitions to the open office spaces are 68". Each are furnished with an office desk and chair. - Water cooler, with filter, connected to new domestic water line. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
