Description

This is a large purchase buy for NSN:6105-01-541-7418. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) The total quantity required is 23 each with qty breaks from 10-21, 21-25 and 26-30 each. All units are to be shipped to (SW3210) Hill AFB, UT 84056-5734. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. Current approved manufacturer is Eaton Aerospace (62983) PN 410965. This solicitation opens on 14 December 2018 and closes 14 January 2019. The Government's requested delivery time is 300 days. Inspection/acceptance destination and FOB requested is origin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based upon market research, this item has been determined to be commercial and the solicitation is issued under FAR part 12 procedures. All offers shall be in English language and in US dollars.
