Melissa Maloy Contracting Officer Questions on RFP # 36C10X19Q0027 for U--NVGAG Online Registration Tiered Evaluation Is there an incumbent vendor currently performing this support? If so, what is the current contract number? This is a new requirement; however similar services have been previously provided by FuseSport. If applicable, what is the labor mix of FTEs, by labor category, currently supporting this effort? This is a firm fixed price contract, no need for labor mix to be provided. Regarding the three tiers of contractors being evaluated (SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone/8a), would a team with an 8(a) prime and an SDVOSB subcontractor be considered a Tier 1 contractor? No, the SDVOSB must be the prime contractor to be considered to Tier 1. 51% of the work must be completed by the SDVOSB to compete in Tier 1. An 8a vendor who is prime would be considered in Tier 3. To encourage competition and allow adequate time to prepare proposals, will the Government consider an extension by one week to 10 December 2018?
