Dear Supplier, SLAC has a requirement for a domestically sourced, brand name: Teledyne e2v Qty 6 of Thyratron, # CX1937AX Qty 6 of Box Assembly, # MA942A Qty 6 of Trigger System Assembly, # MA2709A Please quote GSA or ICPT pricing if available. Source selection will be based upon the Low-priced technically acceptable method. Provide a price and lead time quotation with signed Representations & Certifications Rider and Certification Letter. Please provide published price list if available. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. December 2016), are attached hereto and incorporated by reference. Payment Terms: N-30 if not indicated otherwise. Freight terms: FOB Destination Freight prepaid. Supplier is required to be registered in the System for Award Management database (SAM) www.sam.gov at the time of the response to this requirement. You are requested to mark and identify proprietary/confidential information provided in response to the solicitation.
