The Department of Veterans Affairs, Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551 is seeking to obtain Quarterly Hood and Biosafety Cabinets and Semiannual Laminar Flow Test And Semiannual USP Air And Swap Samples Test Service. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be Base plus four option years following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Quarterly Hood and Biosafety Cabinet Testing. (Base Year) CLIN 0002: Semi-annual laminar flow Test and United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Air and Swap samples test (Base Year) CLIN 1001: Quarterly Hood and Biosafety Cabinet Testing.
