- Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to make a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to American Association of Airport Executives, Inc. for ANTN Digicast Subscription Services to support Airfield Management/Airfield Specialist personnel for nine installations for Naval Region Southeast. The Digicast Subscription Support Services at a minimum will include Airport 101, Airport Self Inspection, Airport Security Basics, FAA Part 139 Ops Required Training, Airfield Safety Incursion prevention, Ram Safety Basics, Airport Customer Service, Part 139.339 Airport Condition Reporting (NOTAMs), Airport Condition Reporting and the Runway Condition Assessment Matrix (RCAM). American Association of Airport Executives, Inc. is the only source that can provide web-based training which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through any web-enabled device and is tailored for military air operations. The designated Air Operations Department are located at the following installations: NAS Jacksonville, NAS Key West, NAS Mayport, NAS Kingsville, NAS Pensacola, NAS Guantanamo Bay, NAS Meridian, NAS Corpus Christi, NAS Whiting Field. The period of performance will consist of a one 10-month period and (4) one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code that this work falls under is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with the size standard of 15 million dollars. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received, within 1 calendar days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable items are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this product through a sole-source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
