Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division, on behalf of the U.S. Army Medical Command (William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, Texas) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for Market Research purposes. This is not a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. No solicitation document exists or is guaranteed to be issued as a result of this RFI. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Government will NOT pay for information and materials received in response to this RFI and is no way obligated by the information received. This notice is for market research purposes only to obtain information regarding (1) the availability and capability of all qualified performer sources, (2) including small businesses; HUB Zone small businesses; service-disabled small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses; small disadvantaged businesses; and universities and educational institutions, (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition.
