Description

DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK (COOLER TOWER #3 REPAIRS) Provide all labor, tools, material, equipment, engineering, and supervision to repair Cooling Tower number 3 at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. The Cooling Tower is a Composite Cooling Solutions Model 6FT-2421-60 installed in 2008. The efforts shall include remove /replace all parts, labor and support need to replace the gear reducer, motor, composite driveshaft and vibration switch in cell #3 of the cooling tower with exact replace parts.
