Description

The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to 1) address questions from prospective vendors, 2) to change the descriptions for line items ending in 004 of the price schedule under the Est. Qty column, and 3) revise the closing date of the solicitation to 11/29/2018 at 4:00 pm. 1) Questions from prospective vendors: Question 1: Are quotes due 4 pm eastern or central time? Answer 1: 4:00 pm central time. Question 2: Is the 209.4 acres all turf? Answer 2: Yes. Question 3: Can subcontractors do a visual inspection of the grounds? Answer 3: Yes. Anyone wanting to have a site visit needs to contact the cemetery for scheduling Question 4: When is the approximate award date? Answer 4: The anticipated award date is mid January 2019. The anticipated start date of the contract will be on or about February 1, 2019. 2) The language for line items ending in 004 of the price schedule under the Est. Qty column will change from, 628.2 Acre To 418.80 Acre 3) The closing date of the solicitation will change from 11/28/2018 at 4:00 pm to 11/29/2018 at 4:00 pm. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
