Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K00-19-Q-0011 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20161222. This solicitation is for Human Amniotic Tissue Allografts. The delivery date is 05 November 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification system (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a size standard of 1,000. This procurement is being conducted small business set-aside. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered.
