- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District (NWO) intends to pursue award of Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOCs) that will support its existing customers along with new customers within the Northwestern Division Area of Responsibility (AOR). It is the Government's intent to develop a suite of SATOCs with varying capacities and small business set-aside based what how industry responds to this sources sought.
