Description

The Library of Congress (Library) requires membership in the National Info Standard Organization (NISO). Membership in NISO provides the Library with access to a unique mix of standard setting committees, technology trend assessments, and directions associated with impacts for content management and service delivery missions of the Library. NISO is the only source for membership in its organization. The Library intends to issue the requirement as a sole source order to NISO. Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a capability statement that demonstrates its ability to meet all the requirements described in the attached draft Statement of Work. The capability statement must not exceed five (5) double-spaced pages and shall include the following information: NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
