THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY, 22019-SS02, and a SOLICITATION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE The United States Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Tecnai BT Electron Microscope SN:D1018 Service Agreement for Tecnai BT Electron Microscope includes: • 1 Preventative Maintenance to be performed during a 12 month period (base year) plus 4 12 month option periods. • Software Revisions released during the contract term • Unlimited service visits including labor hours, travel time and expenses, Monday -Friday, excluding federal holidays • Inclusive of all parts • Unlimited telephone support for instrument • 48 hour targeted onsite labor response • On-Site Repairs by certified original equipment manufacturer (OEM) • All repairs done with OEM Parts • Maintenance done in accordance with OEM specifications • RAPID Remote Diagnostics which is a proprietary software that allows a remote diagnosis to correct system issues and to order parts prior to an on-site service visit. This Rapid Remote Diagnostics software can solve problems remotely sometimes without a service visit by engaging factory experts for 2nd and 3rd line support.
