Description

Network Contracting Office 10, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48106, is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about November 23, 2018 - and intends to award Firm-Fixed price, Multiple Award IDIQ contracts for Nursing Home services for beneficiaries of the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. This procurement is set aside 100% to Small Business. Small business size standard, $27.5 million. NAICS Code 623110, The facility shall be located in Oakland or Macomb Counties, State of Michigan, USA. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13 and VAAR 873. The Contractor shall provide skilled nursing home services for veterans.. The period of performance is Two, One-year ordering periods. In strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 5:00 pm (Local) on December 7, 2018.
