- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to award a sole source contract to Thomson Reuters (Markets), LLC to renew subscriptions to Eikon Premium and Commodities. The contract will be for a one (1) year base period and four 1-year options to extend the period of performance. The Thomson Reuters Eikon subscription provides access to market pricing data, analytical data and news platforms including but not limited to: Eikon Daily LPG Reports; Power USA LMP Interactive Service (a report every 10 minutes); and FX data. This procurement action is being performed pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 with the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as the information required by CFTC is available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy CFTC's requirements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
