- This notice serves to provide notification to all Small Business concerns in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation for services non-personal: Provide all all plant, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and operations necessary to regrade Missile Launch Facilities (LF's), Missile Alert Facilities (MAF's) and access roads, clean SP 104 trench, clean and repair culverts, construct berms and site herbicide spraying as identified in yearly delivery orders. Work will be in the following North Dakota counties: Bottineau, Burke, McHenry, Mountrail, McLean, Renville, Ward and Sheridan. Work will be sequenced to minimize travel distance between site locations. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
