Description

Statement of Need T2237: 564-19-1-150-0002 Requestor: Richard Danford Background Information Radiology Reading Consoles for the CareStream PACs system being installed. The current reading tables are unable to support the all 4 (four) monitors that will be installed with the PACs system and are not under contract or warranty with vendor due to how old the tables are. Equipment will be placed at VHSO facility in Fayetteville, AR. Scope The VHSO Fayetteville radiology physicians will be able to read off 2-32in. LCD monitors and 2-21in. LCD monitors. Characteristics: 96 wide x 32 minimum depth, 42 maximum depth, 500lb maximum lift capacity. Variable height from 28 to 47 (min), elevation via electric motors with 3 or more height presets. 1 or greater thick table top Monitor mounts for 4 monitors and monitor assembly must elevate independently from the main work surface via electric motor and extend Radiologist tables shall accommodate 2-6 megapixel Bracco Coronis Fusion 6MP LED diagnostic display and 2 21 LCD monitors for PACs display (monitors, PACS PCs and desktop PCs will be NTP provided). Monitor mounts to allow monitors to translate side to side, tilt and swivel. The worklist monitor and facility PC monitor will be on arms that allow them to move fore and aft independently of each other and the Barco display. This will permit optimal positioning of the 4 monitors so the bezels align and proper curvature can be obtained. Barco monitor will utilize 2 -DisplayPort cables and the LCDs will utilize 2- DVI cables. Video and USB extension cables will be provided from the monitor mount or desktop to the computer hangers. Enclosed cable management/cable tray at back of desk with 6 outlet or better power strip. Cable tray to contain power strip with sufficient room for excess power, video and computer cables. Flexible cable management from cable tray to computer and outlets 2 -Under desk CPU holders High pressure laminate or equivalent desk surface in non-reflective charcoal/grey and at least 2 other color selections Rounded or tapered edges at all user contact points Gooseneck LED task light with dimmer control 6 port USB connection at tabletop surface USB extension cable length will be kept at a minimum to avoid latency/communication issues. All items will have inside delivery, assembly and set-up in final location (mounting of CPUs and monitors will be customer s responsibility). All packing material will be removed by the vendor Minimum 5-year warranty on all parts Reusable Medical Equipment Uses typical, commercially available cleaning products to clean device.
