Description
GENERAL INFORMATION GREAT LAKES NATIONAL CEMETERY PHASE 2 DELEVOPMENT 4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442 SCOPE: This project will comprise the second construction phase of cemetery development, and will primarily include the construction of additional burial facilities intended to provide 10 years of service on existing, undeveloped land. The remainder of the site will be developed in future 10-year phased projects. Since this is an existing cemetery, only those facilities and infrastructure elements necessary to support the added maintenance, operations, and burial capacity for approximately 10 years will comprise this phase of construction. This project will develop approximately 30 acres of undeveloped land to provide approximately 28,400 gravesites, including both casket and cremation sites in new burial sections. In accordance with the master plan for the entire 544-acre site, this project will develop approximately 30 acres of the 469 undeveloped acres remaining at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Renovation and expansion of the Public Restrooms, construction of one additional Committal Shelter and other site improvements will be performed under this contract INSTRUCTIONS: Interested parties shall be experienced Contractors with large cemetery construction, parks, large institutional campuses, or other relevant type projects. Interested parties shall display the capacity and capabilities to successful complete projects. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237990 other heavy and civil engineering-construction, size standard is $36.5M. Responders shall identify themselves as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) based on this NAICS. Submit your corporate capability statement in your own format and in sufficient detail for the Government to determine your firm possess the necessary expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
