Description

This sources sought is being issued for planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The CT National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified small business (SB) concerns, certified 8(A), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) capable of performing the requirements described below. This request is for a CNC Milling Machine with 20 tool automatic tool changer, full enclosure with door safety switch, 500 IPM rapid traverse feed rate, 7.5 HP, 40 taper 8,000 RPM spindle, 4 nozzle built in coolant ring, all axes calibrated & ballbar verified, and hand built precession +/-.0002. Interested sources shall indicate that they are capable of providing the required services and must provide: (1) Full name and address of the firm; (2) Cage and DUNS number; (3) Size status (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, etc.). No other information is required at this time. DO NOT SUBMIT A NARRATIVE, PROPOSAL, OR ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AT THIS TIME. Interested sources should indicate interest to the Contracting Specialist as early as possible but no later than 10:00 AM EST on 26 November 2018. Electronic submissions are the only acceptable means, do not mail or fax your submission.
