Description

B645 and B644 Replace Roof at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, Maryland. Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to replace the roof at buildings 645 and 644. The work includes a request for quote (RFQ) and will be available on or after November 29, 2018. ************************************************************ The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238160 and the annual size standard is $15 Million. ************************************************************ Estimate cost: $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 ************************************************************ The contract term will be base period 45 calendar days. ************************************************************ The is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. ************************************************************ Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachment, https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. ************************************************************ The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept Offerors from small business concerns.
