Contract, Ultrafast Oscillators - Gold service Contract Renewal, Mai Tai HP s/n 3235, Gold Level Lasercare on-site maintenance for 5 years, covers parts, labor, and travel, excluding consumables, 3). Contract, Ultrafast Oscillators - Gold service Contract Renewal, Mai Tai HPDS s/n 3259, Gold Level Lasercare on-site maintenance for 5 years, covers parts, labor, and travel, excluding consumables, 4). This is not a request for proposal. All responsible sources who are certified by Newport Corporation as authorized third-party service providers may submit a proposal. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. This will be a firm fixed price award in accordance with the statutory authority for this sole source requirement 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible.
