Description

1- are we to just inspect them on each PM? Yes, batteries are inspected during annual and semi-annual PMs. 2- are we to replace the batteries as needed or every few years? Batteries replacement is required within the specified periods of performance, within option year 1 and 3. if the batteries need immediate replacement, CLIN shall be incorporated and funded when the Government has determined unscheduled repairs for parts and/or service is required and prior to performance of service. The Contractor shall be notified in a sufficient amount of time to facilitate completion of the unscheduled service and allow the Government to obtain the necessary repairs. 3. Question regarding solicitation set-aside: This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Businesses. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
