- The Strategic Sourcing Acquisition Division (SSAD) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in Silver Spring, MD, on behalf of the Office of Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO), is conducting market research in an effort to identify 8(a) Alaska Native Corporations (ANC's), Native American Tribes (NAT's), and Organizations of Native Hawaiians (ONH's) sources with construction experience in facilities repair, renovation, modernization, and alteration capabilities. It is a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest with the resources available to support this requirement. NOAA has a diverse and widespread inventory of facilities which are in continuing need of repair, renovation, modernization, and alteration. NOAA facilities can be found in all 50 states and territories. NOAA requires the support to help keep these facilities in mission ready condition. Capabilities statements shall be submitted to include the firms Name, Address, DUNS, Small Business designation, POC, applicable NAICS code for the work performed, and regions where your primary work has been performed. Potential sources need to have the ability to manage and perform multiple simultaneous repair, renovation, modernization, and alteration projects of varying locations, sizes, and complexity. Include sufficient information to provide understanding of the scope, size, and complexity of the projects. Provide the dates when the projects were being worked on to demonstrate abilities to work multiple projects concurrently. The Government intends to use the information from this sources sought to further its acquisition planning for facilities repair, renovation, modernization, and alteration to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) facilities. This is not a Solicitation, this is a Request for Information only and does not guarantee that a solicitation will be released in the future. Response to this notice will not serve as a proposal, bid, or offer, and will not be used by the Government to form a binding contract. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed are invited to submit a response and Capability Statement to this Sources Sought Notice.
