Description

This notice is for a short term project (2 -5 years). The U.S. Government currently occupies 42,179 RSF of office and related space located at 11410 NW 20th Street, Doral, FL under lease GS-04B-48836. The Government may consider alternative space if economically advantageous and it does not hinder agency mission. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government's security requirements and other agency specific requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating process, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is preferred.
