Description

The VA Montana Health Care System Medical Center in Ft Harrison MT 59636 intends to release Solicitation 36C25919R0007 to construct a new Primary Care Outpatient Clinic addition and renovate approximately 2000sf of existing building at the Fort Harrison Facility. The addition will be attached to the existing building 154A Out Patient Clinic and building 150 Dietetic area. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after Dec 5th, 2018. This full solicitation will be 100% small business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $36.5M. Magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This is a total Service Disabled Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. All SDVOSB offerors must be registered in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only.
