- Attachment 1 DHS/CWMD is conducting market research to obtain information about networking and data streaming capability of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Maritime Variant (gamma and neutron detection) PRDs that meet the requirements in Attachment 1 (Attachment 1 provides the requirements by which CWMD may assess technical performance of candidate maritime variant PRDs pursuant to a Solicitation, if issued). Vendors are to indicate which requirements are met and not met in Attachment 1. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Nonetheless, submitters should properly mark their responses if the information is "business confidential" or "proprietary information." Further, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regards to its submission other than acknowledgment of receipt, should the submitter request an acknowledgement. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. All submissions become the property of the Federal Government and will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
