Solicitation Number: 36C78619R0012 This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to construct new parking spaces and replace existing curbing at the Fayetteville National Cemetery located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and registered in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ All proposals must be submitted in hard copy to the Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, 155 Van Gordon Street, SUITE 510, Attention: Kelly Rima, Lakewood, Colorado 80228. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email to Kelly Rima, Contracting Officer, at Kelly.Rima@va.gov Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about November 28, 2018. Responses to the solicitation are due by December 21, 2018 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted.
