Description

The Public Affairs Office, Naval Station (NS) Mayport has a continued need for a commercial publisher to produce a Civilian Enterprise (CE) publication to support the command information mission of the DoD Component(s) and their subordinate commands. Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5120.4 establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for establishing and managing the publication of authorized DoD newspapers, magazines, guides, and installation maps (referred to collectively as �DoD publications �) to support the DoD command information program. Civilian Enterprise publications are produced at no-cost to the Government; therefore, neither appropriated nor non-appropriated funds will be used to pay for any part of a CE publishers costs incurred in publishing a CE publication. Instead, the Contractor is responsible for selling advertisements to cover all costs, expenses and profits. ---A DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK IS ATTACHED---
