- Notice of Intent Sole Source Justification PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i), the Department of the Navy (DoN), on behalf of the Naval Medical Center, Camp LeJeune, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Sonultra Corporation, 6345 Balboa Blvd Ste 360, Encino, CA 91316, for a follow-on software maintenance agreement. Sonultra Corporation is the sole provider for the requested material and or service. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. For this action, the North American Classification System Code is 511210. Based on market research and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined that the DON's requirement can only be provided by Sonultra Corporation as they are the sole proprietor authorized to provide the requested services and or products. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by response to this requirement to this office by 05:00 pm, EST, 20 November, 2018 via email to the attention of Kloh-Ann Derosin, Contract Specialist, at kloh-ann.c.derosin.civ@mail.mil. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
