- Solicitation Amendment 00002 Amendment 2: This amendment is to change the solicitation to Full and Open Competition, extend the proposal response date to December 6, 2018, and add clauses 52.204-23, 252.204-7006, and 52.217-5. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with 3-1 year Options for Charging Adapter, Filler Port NSN: 4820013543281, Part Number 17G913015-1. The Basic is for Qty 2 each (includes first article), Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The 3-1 year Options are based on Qty range of 1-2 each. A means is required at the intermediate and depot levels of maintenance to bleed-off reservoir air pressure and to attach a recharging hose to the inflation valve for filling the reservoir. The means for the hose/valve interface must be provided with an MS33656 style end fitting to mate with the nonmetallic recharging hose. This requirement will be full and open competition. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. We anticipate release of the RFQ on or around 27 August 2018 with an estimated response date of 26 September 2018.
