- Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912SV-19-R-0004. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 January 2017. This is a total small business set aside with the associated NAICS code of 721110. This synopsis and solicitation is for the procurement of hotel rooms, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110 with a size standard of 32,500. The requirement is for 15 rooms on the night of December 14. Additionally, the requirement is for 15 December to provide multiple meeting spaces as well as a breakfast served "buffet style" to approximately 300 individuals with lunch being a plated meal. All requirements are further detailed in the performance work statement. Location of the hotel must be within a 45 mile radius of Cambridge MA. *** The following will be evaluation criteria: 1. Previous Experience with Military Lodging for events. 2. Acceptable meeting and sleeping spaces as set forth in the PWS. 3. Hotel is within the acceptable mileage range. 4. Meals meet the requirements in the PWS. 5.
