US Department of Veterans Affairs Request for Information/Sources Sought 36C10B19Q0061 Laboratory System Reengineering Project (LSRP) Remote Hosting of Cerner Millennium PathNet Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/Sources Sought in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15.201(e) to conduct market research for information and planning purposes only. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not, at this time, seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the responders to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement Requirements: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics (OPAL), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) is soliciting for information related to the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Interested parties are invited to review the attached PWS and to make comments or suggestions. The goal of this RFI is to provide a procurement framework that may be used for a subsequent acquisition. Nothing in this document should be considered binding or in any way obligate VA to perform. VA welcomes comments on any part of this document. For project planning and information gathering, the Draft PWS is attached which defines the scope of requirements. Information obtained from this RFI will be used within the VA and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please submit the following: Your organization s capability to provide the entire range of requirements. Specifically, please provide a brief summary of your technical approach to meet the requirements specified in the Draft PWS. Please include Contract Number, expiration date, etc.) RFI SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: VA requests a clear, concise, and complete response to this RFI. As part of the submission, VA is under no obligation to provide feedback to the RFI respondent, or to contact the RFI respondent for clarification of any information submitted as part of the response. Please submit your RFI response in accordance with the following: 1) No more than 25- pages. 2) Mark your response as Proprietary Information if the information is considered business sensitive.  3) NO MARKETING MATERIALS ARE ALLOWED AS PART OF THIS RFI.    The Government will not review any other information or attachments included, that are in excess of the 25-page limit.    The Government will not review generic marketing materials that do not address the information contained herein or the attached documents. All interested parties shall respond no later than 3:00 PM EST on November 14, 2018 via e-mail. If you have any questions on the RFI, please submit via e-mail as well.
