(ABOA):33,223 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):51 Parking Spaces (Surface):51 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):51 Full Term:20 Years Firm Term:15 Years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:• A sally port is required on the exterior of the building to accommodate buses with the intent of loading and unloading detainees and moving them into and out of the buses to the interior of the building •Six to Seven Detention holding cell requirements will be provided with the solicitation package. • The parking area will need to be designed to accommodate the approach and exit of buses. • Site shall be accessed via two separate entrance points. •This facility will have special construction requirements both interior and exterior. The full special requirements will be provided with the solicitation package. • 24/7 HVAC will be needed in specific areas within the space. • Secured parking is required. • Parking Requirement.
