- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Central Business District of Boston Delineated Area: West: From the intersection of State Street and Broad Street, go southward on Broad Street to Water Street. Continue west on Water Street to Batterymarch Street. Go southward on Batterymarch Street to the intersection of High Street. Go eastward on High Street to the intersection of Purchase Street. Go southward on Purchase Street to Summer Street. South : From the intersection of Purchase Street and Summer Street, go northward on Summer Street to Lincoln Street. Go southward on Lincoln Street to the intersection of Lincoln Street and Bedford Street. Go northward on Bedford Street. Continue westward on Bedford Street to the intersection of Bedford Street to Chauncey Street. North : From the intersection of Bedford Street and Chauncey Street, continue northward on Chauncey Street to the intersection with Summer Street. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Boston, Massachusetts, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of Interest should include the following: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) CAD drawing of space offered. •3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •4) Rentable Square Feet Offered •5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet •6) Estimated rental rate with a reference to the amount of tenant improvement allowance that is included in the proposed rate and whether the rate if offered on a fully serviced, NNN or modified gross basis. If the rate is not offered on a fully serviced basis, the offeror shall provide estimated additional net terms to bring the rent up to a fully serviced equivalent. •7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. •8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
