The Government intends to negotiate a new replacing lease for 41 structured parking spaces based on economic, mission, and other factors. Description of Requirements State: Florida City: Miami Delineated Area: North: NW 3 rd Street South: SW 1 st Street East: North/South Miami Avenue West: NW 2 nd Avenue Space Type: Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 41 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 41 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in RLP/Lease Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions.
