- Specifications Clauses and Provisions RFQ THIS IS AN URGENT REQUIREMENT IN SUPPORT OF DR4404MP COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for FUEL TANKS Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for certain commercial items supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number is 70FBR919Q00000003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). FEMA has determined a need for Thirty (30) FUEL TANKS. Please see attachment 1 for specifications. No delivery is required, FEMA will retrieve the items from the offeror. Tanks shall be available for pick up no later than 0900 EST Sunday, October 28, 2018. FEMA will make award to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote that meets or exceeds the specifications of this requirement. This solicitation incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100, effective August 22, 2018. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 332420. The small business size standard is 750 employees. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. To be considered for award you must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration by the closing date of this solicitation.
