- Description
- Project Information The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks the services of a qualified Small Business for the Gulfport Historic American Building Survey, Stakeholder Interviews and Lobby Exhibit Design at the Gulfport Job Corps Center in Gulfport, Mississippi. The work involves preparing the Level II Historic American Building Survey (HABS), conduct interviews and prepare the main lobby historic exhibit, all as required by the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed by the Department of Labor (DOL) for the Gulfport Redevelopment Project. DOL is in partnership with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) as the principal signatories for the MOA. The ACHP will service as the primary historic preservation oriented participant n the project, since the Mississippi Department of Archives and History chose to withdraw from the Section 106 consultation in April 2017.
