Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease a minimum of 37,952 usable square feet of office and related space within the delineated area of Chicago, IL. Offered space must meet Government requirements for life safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government will consider alternate space if economically advantageous to the Government. In determining whether relocation will be economically advantageous, GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move, including telecommunications equipment and LAN systems, office furniture, security system and telephone system.
