The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 46 each up to 146 each maximum of a TS STAB POS LIMIT S, NSN: 5930-01-607-7256, Part Number: 10-1009-56 applicable to the BE UH-60 BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 46 each Year 2: 25 each Year 3: 25 each Year 4: 25 each Year 5: 25 each Production Lead Time is 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. This item is restricted to ULTRAX AEROSPACE, INC., CAGE CODE: 07PR7. This item is restricted to ULTRAX AEROSPACE, INC., CAGE CODE: 07PR7. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
