Description
Solicitation W900KK-19-R-0020, formerly W900KK-18-R-0028, is a requirement for non-personal services to support the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) in Hohenfels, Germany. The JMRC requires a non-commercial contract that consists of a 12-month period-of-performance and four option periods to support the JMRC Operations Group in the provision of top-tier training for the US Military and its partner nations. JMRC requires mission support to provide critical tasks for up to 305 days a year during Brigade-level Decisive Action Training Event (DATE) Rotations, This support is critical in ensuring Rotational Training Units gain maximum training value during exercises and are ultimately prepared to succeed in battle. Services are currently being provided under Program Executive Officer for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation's (PEO-STRI) Warfighter Focus contract (WFF), and five additional contracts. WFF expires in 2019 with no follow-on efforts planned. Attached to this posting are: - Government responses to Offeror questions based upon prior draft RFP documents and the Government's Pre-Solicitation Conference held in Hohenfels, Germany in late August. - A draft RFP package with solicitation, PWS, QASP, Performance Requirements Summary, plus 10 attachments and 10 exhibits. The Request for Proposals is anticipated to occur from 06-NOV-18 to 14-DEC-18. It is the Government's expectation that the attached draft package will very closely mirror the RFP package to be released 06-NOV-2018. The Government's intent in sharing this package early is to provide Offerors additional time to properly prepare proposals.
