Description

The purpose of the solicitation amendment is to address requests for information (RFIs) received from prospective vendors. Question 1: Is it possible for the contracting team to provide historical quantities related to the restroom expendables? Answer 1: These restrooms are only open to the public for ceremonies such as Wreaths Across America and For Our Fallen. The cemetery is usually closed on a daily basis. Question 2: Related to the above question, if set amounts / quantities are unavailable, can the contracting team provide interested vendors with an approximate number of individuals who utilize the facilities during a given day? Answer 2: Approximately 300 individuals annually. Question 3: The women's restroom has no dispensers installed for toilet paper, paper towels, or soap. The men's restroom has no soap dispenser, rusted paper towel and toilet paper dispensers that appear to be old and in disrepair. Would the contracting team like vendor's to incorporate into our quotes the installation of new soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers in the women's and men's restroom facilities? Answer 3: No. End of Amendment
