- This Sources Sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-1(d). The Fixed Wing Project Office (FW PO) of Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation, Redstone Arsenal, AL has a requirement for continued System Operations and Sustainment Services, and test and training services in support of the Saturn Arch Aerial Intelligence Systems Quick Reaction Capability Program. Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to issue a Sole Source solicitation to Leidos, Inc. (CAGE 5UTE0) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Based on their highly specialized and unique knowledge and experience, Leidos, Inc. is the only vendor capable of sustaining, operating, testing, and conducting the required training for the Saturn Arch Aerial Intelligence Systems. Leidos, Inc. has the existing expertise, personnel, and training necessary to successfully accomplish the required services within the timeframe required to meet this requirement. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS) Responsible, interested parties, however, may identify their interest by submitting a capabilities statement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any responses received. There are no commitments by the Government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract. No telephone responses will be accepted.
