- RDECOM CERDEC CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES AS OF OCTOBER 2018 Industry Stakeholders, In an effort to improve communication between Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Communications Electronics Research Development Engineering Center (CERDEC), and Industry Stakeholders, ACC-APG Division A is posting quarterly update slides for known competitive acquisitions. The posted slides are for informational purposes ONLY. These are NOT formal solicitations / Requests for proposal (RFP) / Task Order Requests (TOR) / Requests for Quote (RFQ). Do NOT submit any formal proposals / task order proposals / quotes to these posting slides. All information contained in this posting is subject to change at any time. Regular updates will be posted approximately quarterly. Update requests and questions may be accepted no later than one (1) week after the updates are posted. Limit TEN (10) questions per vendor submission. The Government will not answer source selection sensitive questions or provide any source selection sensitive information. Questions may be accepted on any of the information contained within the posted slides. All questions must be submitted through FedBizOpps.gov. ANY QUESTIONS SENT BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Answers may be posted with the FedBizOpps update of the following quarter. ALL PROCUREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AT ANY TIME. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED BY INDUSTRY STAKEHOLDERS OR ANY FEEDBACK OF ANY KIND. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. Interested parties shall not contact CERDEC or the requiring activity directly to discuss any of these specific requirements to avoid an actual, or the appearance of an, organizational conflict of interest which may later ban your company from participating in a particular acquisition.
