Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Suicide Prevention Database The Department of Veterans SAO West, Network Contracting Office 19, located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to enter into sole source purchase order agreement authorized by FAR 13.106- 1(b), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source purchase order to the small business Previdence Corporation 5685 South 1475 East Suite B, Ogden, UT 84403. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541511 and the Business Size Standard is $27.5 million. The contractor shall provide the George E Whalen VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT with the Suicide Prevention Database required for Online customer support 24/7, entering vital information relating to patients who are deemed high risk based on their behavior and tracking patients for follow up calls, letters, appointments This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday October 24th, 2018. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government.
