One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Product Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.dla.mil/. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. IAW IG5305.207(c)(91)(3) Note H: Caution: The drawings which will be furnished under this RFP and any resultant contract are proprietary to the Boeing Company. Proprietary Firms interested in proposing on this RFP must have on file a Data current OC-SAF/66, "Rights Guard Certificate", signed by an individual authorized to bind your company, or the bid package will not be furnished. This certificate may be obtained from OCALC/PKXDA, Tinker AFB OK 73145-5320. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described Procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. First article test required. Data is claimed to be proprietary to Boeing and is protected under the "Government Purpose License Rights" (GPLR) The right of the government, to use that data to purchase this part from additional sources has been established under the "Government Purpose License Rights", settlement agreement in CL. C.#309-89C., to provide the DOD procuring agencies the use of the data claimed to be proprietary by Boeing for competitive reprocurement of replenishment spares. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements are cited in each individual solicitation.
