- Funds are not currently available for this requirement. This is not an RFP and is not to be construed as any commitment by the Government. It is not the Government's intention to enter into a contract based on this notice or to otherwise pay for information solicited. DESCRIPTION: This notice is to inform industry that the Air Force plans to issue a solicitation for SETA VI within 30 days. This contract will be for non-personal Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) and Non-A&AS services. The requirements will fluctuate across all work locations based on changes in mission and available resources. The authorized primary using activities include, but are not limited to, Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command (HQ AFSOC), AFSOC bases, AFSOC geographically separated units, and tenant activities located on any AFSOC base. SCOPE OF CONTRACT: SETA VI contract shall serve as a vehicle to provide broad technical and analytical services to support and improve policy development, decision making, and management and administration, as well as improve the operation of systems within the primary using activities' areas of responsibility. Requirements take the form of information, advice, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training, and the day-to-day aid of support personnel needed to complement the Government's technical expertise. The objective of this contract action is to augment AFSOC's organic (military and civil service) capabilities and acquire intellectual capital support in the areas of: (1) Management and Professional Support Services; (2) Studies, Analyses and Evaluations; and (3) Engineering and Technical Services. Although the SETA VI PWS will describe the general and representative efforts required under the SETA VI contract, the specific task requirements will be defined by individual Task Orders (TOs) awarded under the basic contract. This acquisition is projected to be set-aside for small business under NAICS 541990 utilizing Standard Size Code of $15M and Product or Service Code R408, with an ordering period of three (3) years from award. The Government anticipates multiple awards of non-commercial Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Contracting method will be in accordance with FAR Part 15, DFARS 215; and AFFARS 5315. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Source Selection Procedures will be in accordance with AFFARS 5315.3 - Source Selection Procedures for acquisitions > $10M to < $100M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice is related to the Sources Sought notification issued on 3 August 2018, under FA0021-18-F-0001.
