Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE SYNOPSIS: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 anticipates soliciting offers and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract for ability to provide Pharmacy Compound Solutions and Narcotic Drugs. Delivery will be to the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. PROJECT SCOPE: The Ann Arbor VAMC needs a service contract to provide Pharmacy Compound Solutions and Narcotic Drugs. The Contractor shall be accredited and certified by the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board and approved by the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board and approved by the FDA. All services will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures therein. The solicitation will be advertised as a 100% Total Small Business set aside per FAR Part 19. Offers received from other Small Business concerns will not be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. with a size standard of 1250 employees. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 17, 2018 and proposals will be due on October 26, 2018 at 2:00PM (ET), at the address listed in this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. The point of contact is Victoria Manigault who can be reached by email at victoria.manigault@va.gov. Questions may be submitted by e-mail to above point of contact. Telephone calls will not be accepted. The VA reserves the right to use only FBO, via the internet, to provide notification of any amendments to this notice and the subsequent RFQ.
