M - Operation of Government-owned facilities (2) Subject. SRD Shadow Mountain Village Water System Management Operator IDIQ (3) Description. The USDA Forest Service Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grasslands' (ARP) Sulphur Ranger District (SRD) has a requirement to contract/hire a professional Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) dedicated to the management of the water system at Shadow Mountain Village. The Forest intent is to have a dedicated, qualified individual who has supervisory responsibility for the operation of the facility and will ensure that all state requirements are met. (4) Synopsis Period. 12 October 2018 through 27 October 2018 (5) Contracting Office Address. 2150 Centre Avenue, Bldg. E Fort Collins, CO 80526 (6) Product or Service Code. Z1NE, Maintenance of Water Supply Facilities (7) NAICS Code. 221310, Water Supply and Irrigation Systems (8) Set-aside Status. Total Small Business (9) Proposed Solicitation Number. 1282AT19R0001 (10) Proposed Solicitation Period. The solicitation period is anticipated from 17 October 2018 through 02 November 2018. All solicitation documents will be posted to FBO under the solicitation number at item 9. The actual due date will be shown in the solicitation. This period is "proposed." (11) Site Visit. See item 12. (12) Pre-proposal Conference. A pre-proposal meeting will be held. The current date, time and location is reflected in Section L of the solicitation terms. Since the site has residential inhabitants, offerors are NOT permitted to visit the site without the coordination and approval of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The project location is Shadow Mountain Village, 34 County Road 66, Grand Lake CO 80447. Grand County. (15) Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). All associated Task Orders will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period and four (4) option years. The base period is anticipated for award (on or about 13 November 2018) through 30 November 2019. Award of the optional periods is not guaranteed and is always subject to funding availability. The option years will be effective 1 December through 30 November. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 13 November 2018 (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. It is anticipated that the range price of this contract will be: Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This magnitude considers the following: Timeline (Base period plus 4 option years). (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for award of this IDIQ.
